SELF-confidence

Lots of people generalize and think that if they can’t do a certain thing, that they don’t have self-confidence. Self-confidence or lack of it is really specific to a task or activity.

Which only means that you don’t have enough experience in that particular task or activity… it’s in the doing or application of something that we gain first hand experience and begin to master the new task.

Look at the different areas of your life and observe how much confident you are in each area. You’ll notice that in some areas you are very confident while in others you may feel unsure… or perhaps a little confident.

It’s natural to feel uneasy about new situations that you have yet to experience or have no control over. Lots of people may confuse arrogance with self-confidence and that’s not so… confidence does not exclude humility.

People that are self-confident have disciplined their disappointments and have realistic views of themselves and the situations that involve them.

Self-confidence allows you to bounce back from a set back, because you know that you did the best you could at that moment in time.

Daisy Says: Build on your success and watch your self-confidence rise.
