Creative Mind

creativity

Creativity we all have it. It is what spawns on your internal dreams and plans.

Research shows that our ability to generate original ideas reduces from 90% at age 5, to 20% at age 7 and even further to 2% as adults! Children are naturally curious and eager to explore the world around them and spend hours playing with toys, making up imaginary friends and pretend games, remember those days?? Then, as we get older, we begin to use more left-brain thinking skills in school and at work.

Does it may you wonder why as adults we forgot how to dream? We begin to believe that more things are impossible to achieve?

We need to regain our creativity… and we all can! There are ways to improve our ability to create and generate new ideas. Not everyone can be a great artist or a creative genius, but it makes sense to make the most of the potential we are given.

Einstein said, “CREATIVITY is seeing what others see and THINKING what no one else has thought.”

One way to regain your creativity is to keep a “question” journal, don’t worry about the answer…just write down the questions that you no answers to. Remember, that’s what we did as kids… we asked a gazillion questions; Have fun with this and watch how you will begin to dream again.

Daisy Says: We create through the blueprint of our mind.
