Summer Garden 2017

For the gardener… we count our days by Full Moons, and rainy days – and in between all this we see the Seasons come and go.

I’ve an odd sensation that there has been a slight shift of the Seasons, this Summer rolled in hot and wet.

Here is a preview of what is growing in our garden.

We’ve had success growing our favorite squash… Butternut.

There is so much joy in many aspects of gardening, we recovered this rustic concrete planter and now it will become the home to lovely flowers.
Also… learning about the “Miracle Tree” known as Moringa… very interesting thing about growing this tree is – you really have to cut it back to allow it to bush up. The parts used are the lovely leaves for salads or tea.

Gardening gives us such a private and personal connection to not only Nature but renews our Spiritual connection with the Creative Force.

To play in the garden is like playing with God and the Angels and all the magical beings seen and unseen. Allow the creativity to flow – everything is possible! Even turning an old palette into a fence -slash -planter box – slash -trellis.

Come back soon – hope to share our Fall garden.
