Who’s In Your Fridge?

Could you imagine opening your fridge and watching a cat licking its chops after devouring all your delicous goodies?!

That’s eXactly what is happening in our minds when we allow the extra baggage of beliefs that we have stored there, valid or not… every thought that we have stored in there that we have accepted and embraced with or without giving it much examination determines how we behave and our behavior determines what we achiever (or not).

It’s time to clean out the fridge. Yes?

It’s time to get rid of old outdated beliefs that are just overloading our mental data, time to free up space for productive positive information that will nourish us.

Start right now, grab a paper and pencil and write down just one thing …it could be your fears, a strong belief etc..

Here is an example…’I want to lose weight’, write down all the “buts” that come up for you:

‘I want to be healthy BUT _______________________.’

Fill your page until you run out of buts.

Find the exception to the rule, do a little research and look up success stories, you only need to find ONE exception to your limiting belief to show that it’s NOT a universal ‘rule’. One exception proves that that belief doesn’t apply to everyone.

Once you have done that, show yourself why your limiting belief doesn’t apply to you.

It’s all about accepting who you are, loving who you are. Stop judging yourself, and stop criticizing yourself.
