Let go of Pain

I rarely share the deep pain I’ve experienced… but a facebook friend –Mary Wash posted this on her wall and it reminded me of the betrayal I experienced in business from people that I thought were ‘friends’ – I wanted to start new programs but instead several people ran off with the seeds of my ideas to do their own thing – they never thought for a second how much greater we could have been or how many more people we could have inspired together.

Hard to wind back the clock, yet I am grateful for the lesson that has taught me to differentiate business friendships from soul friendships. Separating myself from the noise has brought me into greater communion with the Eternal Silence that fills my soul and allowing this new expression to work through me in ways that It may inspire others. I still believe in love love love

Don’t let the past hurt you. Make the decision to let it go. Things don’t disappear on their own.
It is important to understand your emotions, embrace them and express your pain. To move on from pain it’s crucial to understand that the “event” that you keep replaying in your mind is in the past, there is no need to be a victim or blame others, stay focused on the present — the here and now — and joy.
and above all forgive them (you don’t have to physically talk to them, you can forgive them in your heart) and also remember to forgive yourself.

and Love Love Love!
