If you ever want to go to a place that is frozen in time, go to Coco Beach Florida – I spent the day there yesterday, I felt like I was time warped back into the 70’s.
Coco Beach retains a very laid back atmosphere and is devoid of the commercial touristy feel that I recall from the Fort Lauderdale beach strip. The beach seems to go on forever. The sand still retains its soft like quality unlike the ‘shelly’ beach of Fort Lauderdale.
The beach day was perfect. The water had a serene yet awesome rhythm as the waves crashed on the shores. The wind blew gently allowing the sun rays to gently kiss the skin. The seagulls themselves seemed to be enjoying themselves as they flew overhead.
