New Jersey and New York

Odd… it’s 2017 and now I’m actually getting around to making time to share about our trip to New Jersey back in 2011 to see a friend of George’s.

Technology is making it easy to take thousands of pictures, yet we continue living fast paced. This is a reminder for me to slow down. Literally seven years of my life has gone by in a flash. Pictures are all stashed in some device or other – while there is the illusion that we can see them anytime… where are they really?

Big wake up call for me… time to print these babies! Anyways… please my friend, stop and smell the roses and take time to go back and enjoy the memories.

While in New Jersey we hopped over to New York City and visited the Museum of Natural History to share that experience with Geordan, as well as catching a show at Carnegie Hall. A walk around Time Square a MUST and yes, we did grab New York style pizza!

Who would have known that seven years later our son Geordan would be actually preparing to play Carnegie in 2018.

America is beautiful.
